• Remote power management enabling you to reboot your server by power cycling in the event of a crash.
• 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring of your server, including all protocols (PING, HTTP, SMTP, FTP etc...)
• Physical access to your server during normal working hours, or 24 x 7 x 365 in an emergency.
• Free RAID level backup service on throttled port to ensure your Network connection is not flooded during backups - i.e. SAN service.
• Traffic analysis reports.
• Security includes: proximity keycard access to the building, keypad access to the server room, an optional high security room, CCTV, 24 x 7 x 365 security patrols.
• Primary rate ISDN lines to enable us to offer free dialup. Therefore enabling you to access your server with out using your bandwidth allocation.
